Appointed by the municipal council, the General Manager is responsible for managing the town's affairs. He has authority over all municipal employees and is responsible for planning, organizing, managing and controlling all town activities.
In addition to serving as the link between the Council, the Administration Committee and the municipal employees, the General Manager prepares the budget, studies new by-laws and examines complaints from citizens.

The Treasurer assures the collection of public monies and accounting. This public official is also responsible for drawing up the financial report at the end of each financial year, and must attest to its veracity.

The Building Inspector is responsible for studying zoning and construction requests, preparing permits and certificates of authorization, performing inspections and assuring compliance to bylaws. The inspector's particular field of endeavor is concerned with zoning and construction by-laws.

The recreation coordinator oversees the organization and smooth running of the leisure activities she is assigned to, works towards the development of new projects and collaborates with various agencies as part of activities of all kinds, such as festivals, community days, etc..
